Registration for the Union World Conference includes a delegate badge and conference bag, access to all scientific sessions, the technical exhibition area and the scientific poster exhibition, an invitation to the Welcome Reception on Wednesday, 24 October and online access to conference presentations at the end of the event.
The registration fee does not include coffee breaks or lunch. However, refreshment stands selling drinks, sandwiches and snacks will be available for purchase throughout the venue.

Non-Union member
This registration category is for all non-Union member delegates attending the conference.
Students or young professionals
All those in training or under 35 years old are eligible for these rates. Delegates registered in this category will need to show proof of enrolment in a University programme or age when picking up their badge on site. The Union member discount may not be combined with the student or young professionals discount.
Nurses
Nurses must present a letter from their employer confirming they are engaged as a nurse when they pick up their registration pack on site. The Union member discount may not be combined with the nurses discount.
One-day and two-day registrations
Delegates may register for one or two select days of the conference. For more than two days, full registration is required.
Post-graduate course and workshop only registrations
Participants may register for a post-graduate course only. The fee for each course is 100 euros for full-day courses and 50 euros for half-day courses for all delegates, regardless of whether or not they are registered for the full conference.
Workshops are complimentary for registered delegates. Anyone not registered for the full conference but wishing to attend a workshop may register for a single day of the conference.
Low and lower-middle income country residents
Participants residing in countries classified by the World Bank as low or lower-middle income economies may attend the Union World Conference at a reduced rate.

TBScience2018
TBScience2018 is an official pre-conference event that will focus on basic and translational TB science to bring together those working in fundamental, translational, clinical and operational TB research with the implementers, advocates, policy-makers and funders who assemble each year for the Union World Conference in order to share information and accelerate effective TB research and development.
Delegates may register for both the Union World Conference and TBScience2018 for an additional fee of 50 euros. Delegates may also choose to register for TBScience2018 only.
Delegate badges will be available for pick-up at the registration area at the conference venue. Please bring your receipt with you to the counter, where you will be able to scan the barcode and print your badge. Conference materials will be distributed at the conference bags desk.
If your online payment by credit card is not working, you will need to contact your bank. Some credit cards will not accept international payments unless they have been previously authorised or unless the company is listed as a partner.

The policy regarding cancellation of paid registrations is as follows:
Cancellations must be made in writing to registration.union@congrex.com. All refunds will be paid after the conference.
It is possible to transfer an existing registration to another person if you can no longer attend the conference. Residents of low or lower-middle income countries may transfer a registration for a 50-euro fee, and an 80-euro fee for all other participants. Name changes can be made until the day before the Union World Conference opens. Name changes onsite will be considered as a new registration.

Seats booked for post-graduate courses and workshops will be held for up to one hour after the course has started. After one hour, any vacant seats will be passed on to delegates on the waiting list. If there are special circumstances requiring late arrival to the course, please see the Conference Secretariat at the registration desk when collecting your conference badge.
The President’s Centennial Dinner is held annually in conjunction with the Union World Conference on Lung Health as part of the Centennial Campaign 2012–2020. The Centennial Dinner will be held on Tuesday, 23 October. The event raises funds for The Union’s continued work in public health research and education.
